Although it is conveniently located near the airport, there is no clear signage to access the service road or identify the IN and OUT points. Parking in the basement is confusing, with no proper directions, making it feel like a maze. The staff seems undertrained, often leaving the menu without returning to take orders. The rooms are poorly insulated, and the loud chatter and noise from the cleaning staff can easily disturb your sleep.

My father and mother were travelling to coimbatore. Bengali. Both senior citizens. Travelling to coimbatore probably for the first time. My mother cant speak in english. My father can speak but not fluently. I booked this hotel as i thought at least in a hotel of marriott they wont face any problem and there will be people who can help. But it was really sad that in that entire hotel there was not even one person who could have helped them.
You should put a board outside that only enhlish and Tamil speakers are allowed..

My recent stay at Marriot was Amazing. Hotel is near Airport and quite approachable for quick Business Meets. Professional and polite staff. Neat and clean rooms with all the amenities and food was just awesome. I would definitely recommend for family or business trip. Thanks Goibibo for a great deal.

Very unprofessional billing experience happened by the front end team. With out any reason double GST getting collected. While noticed and asked for the reason, no explanation for the same. Front desk team thoroughly irresponsible.

Not worth the money they charge... only solace was that breakfast spread was very good and service at restaurant was superb
not a great one... our family of 4 stayed for just a night and experience was mediocre right from check in to settling down in the room. Proximity to airport is the only plus point they have.

If my concern is about money. I will not have stayed in Marriot.
