I recently had an unfortunate experience at this hotel. The staff were consistently rude, which created a negative atmosphere. To add to the disappointment, there were restrictions on playing music in the rooms, which hindered any chance of relaxation. The breakfast provided was of very poor quality, leaving much to be desired. The swimming pool was shockingly dirty, making it impossible to enjoy.
