Pathetic hotel, ill mannered staff. They did not allow me to stay as per my schedule as they were asking additional money for it. Completely horrendous experience 😭😭😭

I am surprised and shocked with the behaviour of HOTEL MAX , SHREE SAI PLAZA , DINDOLI --SURAT (GUJARAT) , I booked hotel for 21-22nd september and 22nd -23rd septAfter giving me Room they were telling me to give extra charges otherwise leave the Room , they threatened me to leave the Room by some Lady Receptionist She was calling me again and again , harassed me during the important time of my Company Training .I expect the Refund of 2 days stay in this hotel and want this Refund from Hotel ...more
