Had a pleasant experience. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The place is also quite near to the US consulate. You can just walk there if you're going for a visa interview.

Nice budget hotel very near to the US consulate and heart of the city. Rooms are neat and clean, and excellent hospitality from the staff

Hotel was at a good location near to US consulate. Rooms were spacious, clean, well decorated and ergonomically well designed. Staff behaviour is excellent. They don't have their own restaurant but a lot of eateries nearby with veg and non veg options. You can also order online on zomato and the staff would bring your order to your room.

I stayed for a night here. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit US consulate.
Pros :
1) 5 mins walkable distance to Chennai US consulate.
2) Very helpful staff.
3) Cleanliness - 4/5
4) Spacious room and Lift is also available.
5) Marina beach is 3kms away from this hotel.
Cons -
1) In-house Restaurant is not available. But Swingy and Zomato are allowed, so no issues.
2) Its located in a small street.

Its a great experience, they allowed us to check in couple of hours early without questions asked. Hotel is clean and neat. Streets are bit narrow and car parking might be a problem, you can manage in the other streets. Very near to embassy, good staff, well maintained rooms, and corridors. Go for it.
