hotel was not upto mark, that display in pictures, hotel staff was good but rooms were very messy
there is no pantry available and the towels provided by them are also very messy, they dont even have mineral water to serve and for dinning we have to rush to market, all the thing is location was good but they dont have amenities, even the cutlery provided by the hotel is also very messy
it was very pathetic stay for me in that property

great location right just next to bhagsunag temple and swimming pool, only half a kilometre away from the waterfall.
need some improvements like to give some drinking water and glasses in the room overall good stay 💯

Nice hotel near Bhagsu swimming pool. Staff is cooperative. Food is not available in hotel. You have to go outside. Car parking space is also available. Very close to market. Overall good experience.

very nice place. very cool ambience. fantastic location. Extremely polite staff behaviour they made our trip fantastic. specially the view of bhagsunag temple during night from the terrace of the hotel . woww Thankyou goibibo Thank you staff and manger of hotel Fontana.

very nice place to stay in bhagsunag....very close to bhagsunag temple and very pleasant place. very polite and welcoming staff behaviour.... they have a roof top cafe where you can spend very mesmerizing time. Overall fantastic.

2. The quality of the provided mattress and quilt was poor as torn and bad smell also..

My stay at Fontana Dharamshala was totally worth every penny spent.. I had initially booked the stay for 2 days with my family but due to some last minute changes in plan, I had to modify the booking for one day. Goibibo and hotel supported me in doing so and I was able to modify my booking after check-in and received full refund for one day.. During the stay of one day, I had booked 4 standard rooms. Good hotel. Got a great view from the balcony of the rooms alotted.
The service of hotel staff was at par. Quite more than what we expected. Kudos to Mr Sunil who is the manager at the hotel.
The rooms could be better. But really nothing to complaint for. Good option for a stay at McLeodganj.
