horrible experience with the stay tv and ac not working properly, frequent power cuts, very rude staffs.
i had booked deluxe room but was given standard room with no refund and also staff being so rude and telling this is available if you want you take it or just leave. check in process very late had asked for early check in told ok in the call and after coming had to wait for 1 hour very horrible experience

when walking to the room on the corridor it was like we were walking on false floor, and some one was smoking and the entire place was smelling of smoke, no space to park vehicles. but it is a bit convenient to reach out to things in the city and the room was clean and neat

the room was below average and didn't deserve to be at so high price .we can get better options at the same price.we had a flight and needed to checkout early still no facility was made to help with the luggage .even the reception was locked and we had to make efforts to return the key around 6 in morning.altogether not a good experience.will never recommend anyone
