the view from the balcony was natural and great, the hotel serves pure veg food which was the main reason for booking the hotel. they also served the food as per our choice ( without onion and garlic) .rooms were clean and the service was good. great for couples as well as family.

best room with the awesome view rooms are clean n hygienic hotel services are nice food are really very good must prefer this beautiful and affordable hotel during your visit to Dalhousie tourist places are also nearby

Great budget friendly hotel....Manager is very welcoming in nature.....Room service is top notch...this is best budget friendly hotel....(value for money)Only drawback i feel sometime current goes off and there is no power back up....(but one emergency light given by them) and free welcome drink which mention not givenBut overall best experience

Location:- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Food :- ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clean:- ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staff :- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. It was a small room but clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service where we had dinner & breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was a little slow but it's manageable.

we were allotted one room very late around 3 pm and also standard hygiene is not maintained here. Food is awful. no options and very sub standard quality hotel. Rooms which were there in pictures were not same. bed linens very smelly. Also we did not get room cleaning service. They said we do not have staff and then later in the evening also they did not clean the room. No one is ever there at the reception to attend. its always vacant.

The hotel is just 100 meter away from Banikhet Bus Stand. Booked the room with Balcony on main road side. Nice buffet breakfast. The room was also neat and clean. Was expecting a buffet dinner but got it in room rather. Also expected to have tea and coffee maker in the room which was missing. Overall a good hotel.
