    Had an amazing time at this beautiful heritage property. Very welcoming, polite and cooperative staff. Ambience is good. Food is yummy. Everything was perfect as expected. Rooms 5/5, Service 5/5, Food 5/5. Must visit if you want some peace away from city's hustle bustle.

    Overall experience was absolutely average , average because food was good , else it would have been below average . Poorly maintained rooms , below average amenities for cost being charged 4 out of 10

    stay was not upto the mark. 1. ac was not working well. 2. swimming pool was green and dirty. 3. room fridge was not working. 4. frequent power cuts.

    the hosting etiquette were the worst I've ever experienced so far in such hotels. wifi wasn't working, even after asking them to fix it repeatedly, it didn't get fixed. Food - We ordered malai kofta and daal, both were not at all worth the price and badly cooked, above that they refused to even give complimentary onions and lemons which is basic. TV channels weren't working, refused to recharge the channels upon request. worst stay for this much price.

    The room -123 offered to us during the check-in date was not booked by us. The next day they have given the appropriate room which was booked. And I found 1 iron strip in my food which was shown to the Floor Manager and the Chef.
