it was an excellent stay. lavishly spread buffet on breakfast and dinner as we took map plan. the rooms are aesthetically decorated ; well laid out swimming pull ; behavior of every staffs and above all the excellent food quality. highly recommended for both family and business trips

Had a good stay in the hotel. Excellent service, friendly staff and good food. I loved the way they squeezed in many amenities in a limited space and did a great job in it. Location was little congested and parking was bit tight. But that hardly is negative when you had a high quality stay.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay. Despite repeatedly reporting the malfunctioning A/C, it has yet to be fixed. I chose this hotel expecting a comfortable experience, but the lack of basic amenities has made my stay frustrating. For the price paid, I expected much better service and attention to such a critical issue. Unfortunately, this experience has fallen far short of my expectations.
