The price of stay is very high whereas the room is in very bad state. There is water seepage all around in the room. Cleaning is not carried out. Expired milk powder was kept in room.

Great stay. 😇Thanks to owner Proper Guidance of Ajanta caves n ellora too.room are too Good. Well maintained deliver good food with grt taste.Recommended👍

This is a new hotel, few interior works still in progress. Remains to be seen how well they maintain it. Good mattresses, so sleep is no problem. Water heater is a solar one, so hot water is a problem when no sun. Carry your own coil heater. Towels, soap, etc provided. In House restaurant, cooking is ok. Good parking space around hotel. We halted while going to Ellora from Ajanta, so it was convenient as it is on the way, just 45 mins to Ellora.

Worst experience. We reached at hotel at 9 PM after a long day journey and there is no water available. The hotelier said water supply will resume in the morning. And as water

CheckIn procecss took more than 30 min. Hotel is comparitively new and on the road from Ellora to Ajanta and do not see lot of guest foot fall. Hence to keep their cost low, they have kept most of the hotel services limited in nature. No hot water running in the morning. I think the hotel should try to improve on the service. Thanks!

This is the worst hotel I stayed. Service quality is worst. Basic amenities are missing big time. No running hot water. I need to ask for everything. Having big time difficulties. Not recommended for stay.
