this hotel is very bad in cleanliness. very bad service. very bad condition of room furniture. dirty wall, floor. fully foul smell in room .

Please don't book, they don't take online booking, their rooms are dirty, they come up with excuses like electricity is not there, soap and amenities are not there. Please initiate refund of the booking.

pathetic rooms.i reached this hotel at 8:30 pm at night while my room was booked from 12pm in the afternoon for the same day and it was booked just for 1 night. the owner straight away started asking me more money as soon as i arrived at the location. i told him i've already paid and the booking is confirmed, also that i will need to leave early in the morning and around 5pm, pls accomodate a clean room. the person on the reception "katora leke raste pe baitna padega, paise lelo isse". finally a ...more

30701 Four Seasons hotel, in worst hotel in India & agra also,no good and clean room, Rs 300/ extra colect from me, no breakfast no dinner ( my booking for 2 days including breakfast and dinner also!! I facing lot of problems in four seasons hotel the manager is asking Rs 300 and collect from me.Thanks/ Aftab

worst experience,first time i face a hotel in side where NO ANEMITIES AVAILABLE,room is very dirty tv is just a show piece bed very dirt no table ,not cubborad etc..
