I would like to write my recent experience on FOUR SEASONS velankanni which is very worst.No proper restaurant as it was under maintenance no people were there either for room service each time we need dial reception for assistance.NO hot water was there to take bath the heater was not working properly. No bill was provided when we checked out.they charge for an 3 people accommodation.The rooms were clean only than can be accepted. I would rate an 2* for this hotel.

BEST PLACE TO SPOIL YOUR PILGRIMAGE TRIP! For families it's the worst place!Big mistake booking this hotel. The receptionist is utterly mannerless. I was stupid to book this thinking it was closer to the railway station and church. Little did I know that there are multiple stays far better than this for lesser price and good service.1. This is a decent hotel at walkable distance from the Mother Mary shrine. Breakfast is not served at the attached restaurant , but lunch and dinner we get limited but good stuff Also parking is available (covered and uncovered).

They charged us 10k for a night, but no complimentary food was offered. Also alot of mosquitoes were seen but no action taken. Food delivery was very slow and only one order taker during peek time but no one cared. They only wanted money in Mother Mary's house.

Review : We assumed breakfast was included in the amount we paid, so found our stay expensive since breakfast wasnt included. However Room and bathroom was good, spacious and clean.

We have a great stay at Four Seasons Hotel at Velankanni, the hotel is located at main road and walkable distance from the church. The rooms were spacious and clean, hot water facility was also there. Staff behavior was also polite. The food at restaurant was very nice. We loved our stay at Four Seasons Velankanni.

Four season by seeing photos ,I thought it is a luxury hotel but except for hot water facility nothing seems to be good, unhygienic towels,blanket and mats housekeeping toilet cleaning is not good ,anifa food is good but otherwise daily we can't have briyanni some more favourites should also be there like both veg and non veg ,milk can be provided at night on client request.breakfast complimentary food can be provided as we pay taxes around 6,000 for a day stay ...which is more from our pocket and very minimal service they gave...Not worth it

The stay is average. The pillow covers are not washed. No room service done in my stay of 3 days. Hotel management didn't clean the washroom while I was staying. Lift is not working. Food is average in the in-house restaurant.

such a poor experience we had there, bathroom towels were dirty like anything not properly washed, was focusing us to push out soon after the checkout time in one-minute, the manager was so rood in the conversation, there was no drinking water and asked us go n get in the jug, it was purely Salty water in the shower, completely disgusting
