The room was pretty small. The Location was good behind Manipal university. Auto stand is nearby. AC did not work well and staff did little to change it.
nulltheless overall experience was good .

it's a very good hotel very neat and clean and the location is just perfect. Even the staffs are very helpful and polite. It was pleasant stay.

Good property, hygienic, properly maintained, clean, located prominently. The staff are polite and helpful. There are restaurants nearby. Check in is hassle free. A good experience overall.

As the rate, same is the service.Good staff but maintainance of room esp AC cleaning to dree mold,bactria required.
On road, just to stay for night is good.Not for family stay for any enjoyment.
Food good, typical south Indian.
Room smells as they don't open fornfresh air with AC ON.. Frequently AC cleaning required in high moist condition rain..
Service good, they help for all things.auto,taxi. staff very corporative.

It’s a budget hotel located close to KMC, Manipal. Room, washroom, linen was clean, the staff was cooperative and arranged a cab for Mangalore airport at a reasonable rate. You can find lot of food options around the hotel and inside KMC campus. Overall a good budget hotel near KMC, Manipal.
