1st time stayed in Hotel Ruby Palace, Trichy with minimum expectation's.The walls are coloured with wall papers which pealed off long back and not rectified.The chairs are old and faded...wrapped with plastic wrappers.The breakfast is very average.Definitely not recommending to stay.Intention is not to blame their poor appearance and quality of stay experience but giving feedback to improve.

Hotel Room was good . Beds are comfy . Washroom had a kind of smell . There is no charging point near bed. That was quite bad . We had to unplug the wifi modem in order to charge our phones . Rooms are spacious .

We checked in after 9 pm and everything was kept ready and we requested for a kettle and they got it served immediately. Great staff.

We stayed in this hotel and rooms were clean, i booked two deluxe double room, one was very small one, it was clean but poor ventilation and other one was spacious and neat, overall it was an ok experience

This is my second time. First time really liked the place so came back. Hotel is really nice. Service is useless. They will not provide you with plates or cutlery if you bring outside food. First time this has ever happen to me.
Also beware if you are trying to extend and you inform them ahead they will increase the price on the booking platforms. So guess you book without informing them you will save money
