Very good hotel to stay but there's no in house restuarant and so no room service available for food. For food you have to rely on the adjacent restaurant.

the service of the hotel was horrible, they don’t have the kitchen. even breakfast is done in another restaurant which does not belong to the hotel

Nice place, good service. Staff is mostly good. Amenities could be improved. My TV wasn’t working, and despite asking, no staff member came to fix it. Apart from small issues like that, I liked my stay.

Well-maintained hotel, courteous staff in a nice area that is easily accessible to a lot of businesses, restaurants, etc. Somewhat basic in terms of amenities - lacks toilet kits, only 1 towel in bathroom, no USB charging ports in rooms, plug points don't accommodate international pins, etc.

the hotel is centrally located, very close to gandhipuram bus stand. a very good hotel serving vegetarian dishes is just next door. ambience is excellent. service and ever smiling and courteous staff made my stay memorable.
