my stay at fuji ryokan was truly delightful and exceeded all expectations.
the hospitality was warm and made me feel welcomed from the very beginning.
the rooms were luxurious, thoughtfully designed, and extremely comfortable.
every detail, from the linens to the lighting, reflected great care and quality.
cleanliness was maintained impeccably throughout the property.
the serene ambiance added to the overall charm of the stay.
staff members were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist.

I will 100% recommend this property, very big and spacious, neat and clean, and cool amenenities, I was in love with the washroom

Worst, rude staff, service is very bad, rooms do not have the amenities mentioned, actually rooms are not as per the photos, they charged for breakfast but did not serve the breakfast
