this was a very bad experience 1 at reception the persons were unfriendly, harsh, and playing games in mobile2 ac was not working and when asked they even denied to change room and misbehaved3 room service was the worst the towels were very dirty 4 bed sheets very not changed and the odour in the room was very bad, we requested for room spray and they deniedi think this was the reason for this horrible experience

Bed sheets and pillow covers are used ones and the AC control with front office was not turned on until my demand. TV entertainment didn't work at all inspite of my repeated reminders, simply they pretended as if the set-top box under recharge but never restored.
