The hotel charges an extra 600 rupees for stay. I have already paid but the hotel receptionist took 600 extra by saying that they were not providing room. This is a completely unfair which is not expected.

Unhygienic, booked with breakfast and hotel says we do not provide breakfast. Water bottle was not sealed packed, intercom was dead. I request to provide me rupess 500 for not providing breakfast.
