rooms are good,but services are bad ,they are not provided even complimentary water and dental kit ,they charged for everything 2 they are not provided room which was booked provide other room

Such a great hotel with warm hospitality and amazing staff! all of the staff were so welcoming, well behaved and eager to help. The chef was especially amazing! He made such delicious food. Absolutely loved the experience 🫶🏻❤️

The hotel is between the mountains in a very peaceful place, excellent view. Food is good, staff are kind. The owner amazing. Is excellent to be calm down and relax. If you are planing to visit more in adventure plan, you will need to rent a bike to move easy. If you want to walk to the Dalai Lama’s house is around 15 min down from hotel.

Location for view is good but there is nothing around and its very difficult for car to reach with narrow road

Pathetic experience, poor service, food quality was not good, washroom was not clean. The only good thing is the location. Overall not satisfied with our stay.

views were good. however basic facilities like heater did not work. staff was also very unbothered. heater costs 500 extra that too only in cash. did not enjoy the stay. very unruly behaviour by the staff. views were great but rest the hotel is pathetic

We stayed here few days back and must tell you that is property is mind-blowing and super picturesque. Rooftop view is just Instagram perfect. Must visit. Surely recommend their services and the location is very close to Market. Roads are approachable to local taxis else cabs. Superb. Keep it up guys.
