I booked a Deluxe room at Ganga Resort, Rishikesh after duly selecting 2 adults and 2 kids. But upon arrival at the hotel the desk manager told me it's an hotel policy that the room is for 2 adults and 1 kid below 4 years.anyways the stay was good and the location of the property was worth every penny.however the staff being sarkari they were not as hospitable as we find in private hotels.I give it 4 stars for location and for having wonderful and relaxing 2 days

Disappointing Stay - Avoid This Place
I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at Ganga resort. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by several issues that made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating as staff was very rude and failing to meet the guests needs. I would not recommend Ganga resort to anyone. The management needs to take serious steps to address problems and improve the overall experience for their guests.
