The need for heavy improvement in the hospitality traits of staff without which the hotel has no meaning.
Despite being a new hotel, cleanliness especially concerning hygiene parts (like clean blanket, mattress, washroom and room cleaning not done) was heavily overlooked.
Drinking Water claimed to be RO one but it was dirty. Also, they were emphasizing on the purchase of a water bottle.

I had booked 2 rooms on 08/10/2024 for 2 days from 13/10/2024 to 15/10/2024 but i was not given my booked rooms.. i was said at the the time of check in that sorry your rooms were given to other people we will give you guest rooms and they allotted me pathetic rooms where no hygiene was maintained. Kindly refund my booking amount for the inconvenience caused for pathetic experience.
