Bad experience.First at reception staff said that they don't have booking.Then the room alloted does not have Air conditioner remote.Paid channels are not subscribed by the hotel. Only free channels can view.I have missed IPL final.Whereas hotel staff were viewings all channels at reception.

stay here very comfortable and location is very nice, easy locate, staff is helpful, overall experience very good
I am visited to AIIMS RISHIKESH , STAY here and travelling very easy and chipset

room is good but some problems observed. even wall clock is not working. no resturant so every time we need to go outside for breakfast lunch dinner. no warddrobe for cloth. behaviour of old man at reception is very rude.

I would say that it was my worst experience. Seepage in toilet, EWC was not working properly, T.V. was also not working properly. One positive thing about this hotel is that it is very close to market and Triveni Ghat.

Whenever I use to visit Rishikesh I prefer this hotel as it is near to market but in some rooms there is no geyser.
So, whenever you visit this hotel demand for geyser room specially in winter season.
