Worst hotel ever there were bad bedsheets having gutka peaks all over oil stains and when asked to be replaced staff said don't disturb us we are busy. Same happened with parking space first they said that they have parking but when we reached hotel staff said that's none of their business park wherever you want but don't disturb us .

Ek dum bakwas hotel tha, no internet, no parking, no tv, no geyser, no room service after 9 pm to 8 am

we reached bit early to hotel but they welcomed us and allowed us early check in. staffs were very cooperative. most important mall road is 50m. you can enjoy it any time

The hotel location is exactly at Mall road while the rooms stink as there is no sunlight can reach to Hotels rooms are very small.Pillow was very uncomfortable.Tv was not working and they denied too . we have booked another room however they provided a smaller room with very bad conditions. bathroom door was broken. However the staff was cooperative and good.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mussoorie❤️

It was a very good experience. The hotel's location is very good and easy to reach. I stayed with my wife and daughter and had a good experience. The staff was good, supportive, and positive. Would like to stay again in the future if I visit Mussoorie again.
