the hotel meets my expectations, clean washroom, clean room and bed. the location adjacent to company baag adds to the feel good factor. the locality is quite nice. staff behavior is good. shangam ghat is also at a reasonable distance.

worst hotel ever visited. they gave us a room on the top floor, their staff were sleeping in front of our room, There was no geyser in both the rooms, the bed sheet was not clean, the rooms were not cleaned, the dustbin was full of dirt, and the bucket was untidy. overall worst experience The staff of the hotel were sleeping in front of rooms . No geyser in the room, mosquito in room.

It has been a very bad experience. Neither the bucket that comes in this room for bathing, nor the mug is there, nor any shampoo for shower, nor anything else and second thing means it is completely dirty. The room never works and third thing is that electricity goes off again and again and the landline number never rings. I have complained two times but it is the same, it will be done.

Worst experience ever had
No room was reserved when we reached there, they put us in the incomplete room at the terrace, no room services, nobody is listening the complaints.
