Pathetic Behaviour of the Staff along with no food service. There were Cockroaches in the room with Zero cleanliness. Very poor hygiene,very poor service overall

I recently stayed at Gaurison Hotel and Resorts, and it was an excellent experience. If you're driving to Ujjain to visit the Mahakal Temple, this is the perfect place to stay. The hotel is slightly on the outskirts, offering a peaceful retreat, but still not too far from the city center. The swimming pool was spotless and well-maintained, with lively music playing as we entered, adding to the fun. the staff is inhospitable. they don’t give the breakfast on time and keep you waiting till 10-10.30 for breakfast. the rooms even when are vacant will not provided you on time. the staff is inefficient and non cooperative. the rooms are fine but you hv to keep running behind the staff for everything small needs, they will hardly bother. it was an unpleasant stay. please refrain since it’s located very far from the main city and u are stuck with such inconsiderate people.

The hotel was looking good and all but there were some fews problems with the management and missing amenities. You have to ask for every single thing to the staff like towels and toiletry and many more. Also the location is not so far from the city still many rickshaws or cabs were not ready to drop us. You have to come to the main road to find one. One major thing about food is they don't have their own kitchen so they provide third party restaurant food to you. It will be like you have to place the order on the call and the delivery guy will get you order just like swiggy or zomato.
