wonderful stay lucky to arrive when heavy snowfall happening best location just besides mini Switzerland park polite and helpful staff.They managed extra blanket when asked during my stay and always available for any help and query.Large courtyard in front of reception and you can enjoy snow park in the hotel itself. They provide room heater when my child feel cold after snowfall and also extra blanket

Way too overpriced.....the washroom was stinking and hair strands of strangers were lying there....the hotel did not provide any soap or sanitation facility....the tv did not have any channel subscribed...food was also average.....only plus point was that the staff was humble
