Request all Travel agents to blacklist this God-damned hotel. Gone from bad to worse in a short period and then the so-called responsible people threaten the customers on a phone call without rectifying the actual problem. No water (both drinking as well as in the bathroom), No TV, No intercom, cockroaches running around in the hotel, no curtains..... eeeeewwwww..... Overall A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

pathetic hotel. room service very poor. and the person at reception not friendly. no welcome no thank you... we found difficulty in getting hot water. Geyser problem. TV wasn't working. They didn't provide cable wire to connect set top box. i wouldn't recommend this hotel. instead i would suggest hotel Sai Udupi just 250 m away from hotel gets grand.
