Ginger hotel everything is fine. I have stayed here 4 to 5 times before.I checked out in the morning, my train was in the evening but due to heavy rain my train got missed. I booked a train at 3 pm so I checked out at 11 pm. They said I will get a room for 2 to 3 hours, they said no.

A pleasant stay as always. Standard room with standard amenities ideal for a business travel. Location is good and accessible to Ahmedabad Airport and Railway Station. Food is good with limited spread.

I stayed at Ginger Ahmedabad RTO Circle for five nights on a business trip. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is polite. However, communication needs improvement—I faced issues with the laundry service due to unclear instructions, as it remained in the room for two days before I was informed it had to be submitted at reception.

there was no hot water available in the bathroom.
also the tv was not a smart tv. could not watch any otts.
it was just a cable tv with a tata sky connection

Housekeeping is not proper, fan was not there.we have to always made our AC on. If this room is for family then at least two chairs should be provided for dine out or any other activity.
Room is completely packed , one cannot make out whether it is day or night . Fan was also not available there so u can not fresh air from outside.

i am a regular at ginger, rto circle, ahmedabad. location is good and roo.s are as per ginger standards. well trained and courteous staff always attending to your needs in time. bf and buffet spreads are limited, but the taste is good and justifies the price.
