The room and bathroom were not clean, and even the towel and bed sheet were not up to standard. The food was also disappointing. Only the restaurant service was good. The room interiors were quite poor.

I stayed at this hotel recently. The room was just okay—not very impressive, but manageable for a short stay. The breakfast was good and one of the better parts of the experience.
However, I was disappointed with the front desk staff. They were not cooperative and lacked professionalism, especially during billing. There was unnecessary argument when I asked for an invoice copy, which was quite frustrating.
Overall, the stay was average, but customer service definitely needs improvement.
