Luxe Room not worth the money, initially a room was given in which the tv was not facing the bedroom but on the path way. After complaining, got an another room with a huge pillar in between,.there is only one plug point in the room that too on one side, can't sit and work in the room due to this power adapter issues. Also the complimentary wifi was only having 310 kbps speed while checking. The standard are much better in all ways, don't get the Luxe rooms , definitely not worth.

Wash room was a struggle. Closet is so crammed. It cannot be explained. It needs to be experienced. Shower is also too close to the wall. After breakfast, you need to use washroom area to wash your heads and that place stinks badly.

the stay at Ginger was good. thanks to sunaina, nandini, nandita and afsar for all the help during the stay. overall the rooms (my room was 320) looked un gingerly, not like the standard ginger hotels I stay in PAN India. looking forward to an upgraded version! the Ginger effect!

I recently stayed at Ginger IRR Bengaluru and had an overall excellent experience. The location is superb, making it easy to access key parts of the city. The staff behavior is exceptionally supportive and always ready to help, enhancing the overall stay. Not good, very old building and just namesake GINGER. No content in rooms. only the reception looks good. no proper water in the wash room and all old interior and no neatness and cleaning. Worst service. Suddenly water stopped when it was taking bathroom. All interiors are rusted. I don't recommend this hotel. a 3 star hotel with all the old interior and 2 single cots we can't even sleep properly.
