They put the wrong images of some other GINGER hotel. Even they don't provide rooms in their own hotel, and alloted us nearby some other hotel room. Our check in was late around 2 AM hence no other option available as we are with family.

it's very pathetic. in the name of ginger hotel, they have given another hotel with poor hygiene, untidy bed sheet, tv not working, it's horrible

The staff really make this property standout. From the initial greeting upon arrival to the restaurant staff and bar staff everyone was very friendly, super helpful and really made my stay very enjoyable.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at ginger The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Everyone was polite, and always ready to assist. A special thanks to Shifali from Guest Relations for her warm and friendly service. She made us feel truly welcomed and ensured we had everything we needed. The food was also amazing, especially the butter chicken, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, the stay was comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this place for its great service and hospitality

just to correct, it wasn't ginger palace but hotel westend inn. can't mislead. i had checked out on the same day, while i paid full amount for 2 days. it was sheer waste of money, can't confirm booking of hotel ginger palace and the reality is different.
