generally good. two specific comments
1. there was just one plug in room . there should be atleast two or three
2. there was no bucket in shower and no spout. we indians, especially the elder ones with back and knee issue, need a bucket and stool to take bath comfortably.
other good things
were, great tasting food. quick service. courteous staff

Very Good Property. Wonderful Location and very well maintained. Food is Great, Ambience is nice. Staff at Reception (Grishma) and the staff at Dining Area (Suraksha and Shrimant) are very helpful and always address the customers with a smile and serve with warmth.
Ginger being part of IHCL, a Tata Company - Food is Awesome. The Rates have hiked up in current financial year but the experience here remains top class as always. have been visiting this property fairly frequently and I have not had any opportunity to complaint.

Superb location, food is delicious. staffs are very co operative,, specially sapna, Grishma and Rajneesh are very professionally.

I book twin room and they provide quin room. And given reason Twin book. Big communication gape between Else they don't want to provide booking room.

Not worth the price. The room was very small and shower was not functioning. Hot-water was not coming in the bathroom. Its totally not valuable for the money paid
