No proper facility, incomplete fooding, rude behaviour on hospitality by front desk executive, wastage of time approx 30-45 mins on arrival even after receiving the paid booking, harsh policies on room allotment, washroom door not closing properly, beds were shaking, AC not giving cooling, wifi not working properly, disconnection at every moment. Would rate below 1 if available....

photos will add later on. experience is not even average staff are very pleasant, catering, front desk, house keeping. rooms very ordinary, lacking basic cleanliness of washrooms. WC and taps appear that they have not been touched for days. Yesterday was our first day, we had to ask for basic toiletries, and although room was booked for double occupancy only single set was provided.

Room was uncleaned and unchecked before giving to me. Garbage bag was full when I entered the room, there was used soap in bathroom , unhygienic chair .. not up to ginger mark

One of the most unprofessional properties i have booked in 23 year of my career. I had to stay in another hotel as they denied to give me room at 7 am as my check tome was 9 am and i was supposed to check out at 11 am due to meeting i needed to attend. They continued to say that as per SOP we cant give rooms and later they said there is no room, when i explained that i am traveling by early morning flight (4 am ) from delhi, so need some rest before i leave for meeting and i have 9 pm flight to take after meeting. Anyways, good luck to them.
