had a horrible experience
they don’t have hot water, the projectors in suites don’t work, the service is not great at all and staff is very undertrained and don’t know how to tackle guest requirements. the restaurants though are pretty decent but the food is also super expensive and not worthy as per taste. anyone can easily spend the same money and stay at jehan numa or taj.

the property was great. but we faced some terrible issues. there was no electricity in the room for almost 5 to 6 hours. also the resolution wasn't up to the mark at all.
