The toilets are very dirty with no soap and towels, there's no lift .they don't provide water . even the room is not at all clean

The hotel is not at all worth the price they are charging. I visited Vrindavan 3 days back and booked this hotel as no other option was available. Coming to the room, the room was very bad, there were stains all over the wall, dirty stinking pillows and blankets. Overall the price they are charging is too high for the facility. The only advantage is the location. Its situated very near to Bankey Bihari temple and in between the main market.

very bad experiance. no mirror onbath room. no intercome working. no wifi working. only on towel provided for three person. no water provided in our room etc.

It’s near to temple but the service was ok ok type-there were cockroaches in room according to money I paid it was not at all worth it.

Location very good, walking distance to Banke Bihari Mandir. Within eye-sight famous sweet shop Brijwasi and Royal Bharti.
I booked double bed AC Deluxe room. My Room was good, Bathroom clean and no water shortage. Provided toilet soap, towel and blanket. Due to some voltage issue during our stay, could not use AC or geyser as it was not working. Unfortunately TV also not working as no cable connection due to rainy weather.
Overall good could be better.
