Hotel denied the entry. They said hotel is going under renovation and can not give the room. We need to shift outside city by our own which is 5 kms away. Pathetic experience by this booking.

We have to ask for everything...towels were missing... Hot water kettle was missing..TV was not working initially and food options in breakfast were very limited.. so overall experience was not good

Good hotel, nice restaurant with good food, services need to be little better and quick. Price should be better rationalised. In room there is no fan, i think fan is very necessary in room and windos should have option to be opened. Hair drier was not available, however they provided with request. Wifi was very poor in my room. Interior is good. IDK hoteliers are charging exorbitant per night and providing 43 inch tv but they can not provide channels, only free channels or non HD channels will p ...more

The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. But the only bad thing was the price of food. They overcharge for the food they provide. And the quantity is not adequate.

The rooms are renovated and really decent. There was no wifi. other than that the stay was splendid. It is right opposite to war memorial. Very central. 15 mins away from Mcleod.
