bad smell in the room , washroom very dirty ,bed bugs iin the bed checked out at midnight at 12 pm to anit bff er hotel a very horryfing experince

A nice and tidy place to stay...
Toilets are good but flush doesn't work...please rectify the issue...other facilities are awegood.....

good budgeted hotel. They need to really focus on their service. customer should not come to reception for more than two times. if he comes then it shows they need to workout on their services.

The room no102 where i stayed for a night is quite big only and it has a single diwan type bed for extra person. Water flow in the bathroom is very slow and even the closet was shaky. Service was ok. Hope they will attend to these issues immediately
