nice couple friendly and family hotel nice internet facilities and catering facilities nice restaurants nearby and nice place to stay but the interior is average

The hotel is very dirty, linens are in very bad conditions, insects everywhere in room, toilets filled with insects and when I ask for cockroach in rooms they said talk to owner, when I ask for cover for dirty blanket they said they don't have, it's a horrible place to stay I am still awake at midnight with my family. Please help regarding the matter immediately
