there are no water facilities in their room that is why they are running non refund policy because if you the facilities you will never going to book this hotel no water in the bathroom

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at HOTEL GLASS IN. I had booked an executive room, which was advertised as being 144 sq meters. However, upon arrival, I found that this was not the case as the room was significantly smaller than expected. I have booked deluxe room and in photo room was very good but when i visit room worth 500 not more than that not proper services washroom unhygienic washroom seat also broked very bad experience wash is very bad even you cant bath not suggest to visit this place.

i dont think its 3 star hotal. receptionst men behaviour is so rude. he refused to gve me room then i cl to owner they talked after he gve me room 202 without bathroom door. then he gve me 304 room number after somuch arguments.pathetic service i am not going anymore this hotal and refernce to anyone
