room was very good and the view from balcony as well. staff was very polite & helpful. good property next to the bus stand in bir.. definitely recommendable. 👍

Just beside the bus stand (Volvo parking) in Bir.. A good place to stay. Clean & fresh rooms with good view of far away hills from balcony. Can enjoy morning sun rays with tea/coffee in balcony..
Bedding & towels are clean.
Issue of hot water, if sun is not out there (solar heater), but the staff present there promptly helped by giving the immersion rod.
Staff is polite & helpful.
Overall, a very good stay for 2 days.

The service was very poor, intercom was not working, only two charging points provided and they too not conveniently located. Food was bad. Absolutely no pleasant views from hotel. The staff did not seem interested in the guests and very lethargic.
Better in all ways and cheaper places to stay discovered close by. Never book breakfast here, better and cheaper options available.
All in all a very disappoint ing stay.
Only plus point is cleanliness.

the hotel stay was amazing.staff was really nice and helpful,food was excellent .it is jst walking distance from the bus stop which makes it a more convenient place to stay,Overall a worthy stay.
