our experience at hotel glowin (chandwali gali, delhi) was nothing short of appalling. the location is in a congested, shady alley, difficult to access and extremely uncomfortable. the environment felt unsafe, with locals staring in a very cheap and disturbing manner, making us feel constantly uneasy.

firstly hotel did not had room and asked us to shift to another hotel. both the hotel staff were very rude. service quality of the other hotel was also poor.
