We have book 3 A/c Standard room but when we reach, they told us there is no room. At night 12 o clock, we reached there but they refused that they don't have any rooms. Then they offer single room which is very small in size. Only one person can sleep.

Worst experience ever. Unclean, smelly blankets and sheets. Extra bed given was not in good condition. Water started dripping into the room from the hole drilled for AC ducts and beds got wet. AC doesn't work on remote control but is operated by the hotel. Toilets were not cleaned properly. Don't even have anti skid tiles, flooring was dirty and hanger rusted. Pictures do not resemble anything close to what's provided. Booked an AC room but window couldn't be closed properly.
