"Extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was not cleaned properly, no blanket was provided, and the bed had visible stains. There was water leakage from the wash basin, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, very poor service and zero attention to cleanliness. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone."

room is very small. cockroaches all over the floor .. no dustbin in washroom/room. no water bottle, toothpaste, shampoo provided

we stay there for the one day one, very pathetic rooms conditions,morning one person is there in reception he charges extra 400rs for early entry at hotel as, we have reach there on morning 9am
power is problems after 2/3 there is power cut and there generator is Woking and for lift also not working when there power cut
bed covers they provided is also very messy,
so don't stay there
but one i must, here in i hotel i meet one which is very helpfull and good person, behavior is so good whose name is Yelumalai

I booked this hotel on 29 jun 24 went with my fiance ,I didn't carry id proof of my fiance so the receptionist said send in what's app , she also send the proof through what's app number which receptionist given then only we came to know that his personal number not hotel number. that receptionist saved my number and today he is calling and asking are you free shall we meet after that my fiance informed me I tared that person over the phone . worst management I don't know they are keeping these ...more

Only good thing is near to CMBT bus stand, Chennai. Otherwise horrible place to stay. Dirty & broken bathroom plus lot many mosquitoes which you will realise when sleeping.
