Heater was not working, no AC, full of Mosquitoes and insects. No water available in rooms. They didn't respond properly

location, staff, cleanliness, food, washroom , bed, everything is best.
but if you are a solo traveler, you choose to stay in the doormetry, you will get nice full night treatment from mosquito,lot of mosquito.
fan is placed in the such a way that , you won't get air, no ventilation.a/c is just a shoe piece (they may run only doormetry is full; no idea) i got nice treatment from mosquitos, it's been 24hr. i didn't get any fever till now.

As per price it was good.
I stayed for 4 hours only.
The only drawback room was too hot 🔥.

the room is having 8 bunker beds with only one toilet. no ventilation. no privacy. we cannot take family there. the bathroom has not been provided with hot water. you have to take heater immersion rod seperately. no active counter as we have to ask on phone and confirm. no midnight service...2.5 km away from mail temple. no restaurant attaches to the hotel..hence i will not recommend to any one.

It was very bad experience as there was no AC allowed whole day but from only 8pm to 8am which is not mentioned Also the manager and owner was very rude and took extra charges apart from the decided price

I liked this place very much. it has an open restaurant with plenty of space to sit and relax, food is good and they also serve beer there. The place is surrounded by greenery. a beach is also nearby. Though it is a little far from Gokarna,s main beach .
p s. In dorma they keep the AC on only from 08 pm to 08 am.

Owner is very money minded. Overcharged in everything. It's too hot to be in the rooms. AC is not to be used when it's needed most. Rather you are "allowed" to use it in the night only. One more disgusting thing is the lizards. We found 5 in the room and 3 in the washroom. Really pathetic hygiene
