Worst experience ever.. The hosts in the property will not be available they are here to enjoy.. Chef and room boy taking care of everything.. Property is away from road need to walk for 10 mins to reach the property

You have to walk through the beach with the luggage, it is not easy to pull the heavy trolley bag in the sand. There's no phone at the reception and Mr. doesn't care about your calls and is rude for no reason. You have to find out the location on your own, nobody even helps, Google Maps shows some backside location, simply avoid this Hotel. Tap water is very salty, you'll need to buy water to brush Mosquitoes at night.

Not suitable for visit with family. The hotel is far from main road and you have to walk with luggage for about 15 mins. It's difficult to get parking space if you reach late in the evening. The luggage carrying service is also chargeable.
The rooms had mosquitos and other insects and bathroom buckets were not clean. No geyser for hot water inside hotel rooms. And it's way more costly than average price but still basic hotel amenities are not there. Overall this hotel is not recommended for family stay.

not cleaned, bathrooms were dirty. the bedsheets and linen were dirty. rude staff. total waste of money

Hotel Owner is very helpful and too friendly. If you ask them for anything they will arrange it immediately for you. This resort or hotel is exactly in the middle of Gokarna Beach and even not that much crowdy.

Amazing! Would live to visit again n again. Very peaceful place. Friendly staffs. The cottage is very tidy. Clean bathrooms. Food is affordable.

you won't get better place than this if you want to enjoy the beach stay. Hospitality is good Location is super reaching the location: You need to park at paid parking and some 800 mts (approx) walking, but worthy Food is OK, but no problem.
