It was a good experience staying here. The location is very nice, hotel is situated at VIP road, Surat.
Staff behaviour is good.

dirty and torn linens, walls with spit everywhere, dirty room, dirty bathroom, doesn't even have basic items like a mug and hot water. on top of it, the host seemed very unhappy person to attend us or least interested. overall i would avoid it
