honestly it's below average, I had a bitter experience here as people managing the front desk were not courteous and respectful....they were talking over the guests including myself and we're extremely rude....only good thing was Gopal who helped us with everything we required... thankfully the food was fresh prepared the same day as last days food was all repeated from left overs previously...and it's a fact that I know for sure... management need to fire existing front desk and hire more courteous and professional people...very much required....

There was no proper TV connection. We couldn't watch world cup match inside room. We felt very bad . During the evening no lights near private pool area it was totally dark. Room service people tried a lot but they couldn't bring to pool area. We spent lot of money just to enjoy our day but it was waste of money . If there is no proper service why should they charge so much. Very much disappointed.

By mistake we booked Campain Hut, which was common wash washroom, no toiletries, No Hot water, washroom was too far and not able to use specially raining season.
Cooler have lot of noise and not suggesting for family
