Staying at Hotel Gold Leaf was a good experience. At the reception counter, staff were supportive and polite. Cleanliness had been maintained everywhere. Some points in which I want to draw your attention is. 1. Hotel is not having enough parking for four wheelers. Only 4 cars can be parked in the parking space they are having. 2. They claim that they provide hot water during 6 a.m to 10.a.m, but during my stay of 2 days, I didn't get hot water anytime. Only once there was warm water but not ...more

The stay was wonderful overall. Hygiene was maintained, location is superb everything is at a distance of 1-2 km. The rooms were spacious. We got a 3 hour early check-in without any extra charge. The staff were so good and polite.

Too many cocroach , smelly bedding, bad toilet. coffee kettle was also dirty. totally wastage of money. I had a plan to stay 2 nights as booked but checked out within one night as no hygiene. very bad atmosphere. property all items are old like towel , bedsheets , smelly room.
