Terribly bad hotel: Broken walls, water leaking from ceiling, cockroach all over the floor, rusted taps in washroom, drawers without knob, Dirty bed sheets/quilt. Hotel didn't had even spray to kill cockroaches. Water scattered all over the lobby, if you missed you will slip badly.

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was far from satisfactory. The conditions were deplorable, and I faced numerous issues, including:Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the hotel was extremely poor. The room was stinking, and the bathroom taps were rusted.Maintenance: The ceiling was broken, and there was no functional door lock. "Cockroaches." Everywhere. Under the cot, in the closet, and in every corner. My family and I had a terrible stay in this hotel. On the main highway opposite to CMBT, very noisy, rooms are not sound proofed. This hotel is not a good option if you're going with your family. I paid per night and that was a bad decision. Definitely not worth the money. It used to be a clean and well maintained hotel a long long ago, but no more! Stay away from it, it's a waste of money.

The hot water is will come only 2 hours in the morning even though you booked for complete 24 hours.

Hotel staff was not at all professional. Even they didn't know that they should carry my luggage to the room(I was sick), so I asked him to send my luggage to the room.
The room was also not worth the money.
The washroom was looking like a haunted room.
