    There was no ceiling fan in the room provided to us. Strange to see in a five star resort.. Food served in the room was of poor quality and taste and was not fresh at all... Also the food was very costly.. Morning buffet breakfast was average.. Property is good with great scenic views.. Swimming pool was great

    In the room no glass and tea complementary items was there... The plug points were not working and the bathroom light andwater geyser wasn't working Room is spacious and comfortable..but need to improve a lot...there is a phone . But can't connect to the reception. We were 4 people and got only 2 Towels Food was good. But for breakfast there is only south Indian.. no pori or roti or even omelets on order ... Such and expensive resort .But facilities was poor..

    Property was nice. Services bit slow. Every time we need to remind them about food, cleaning, missing items kitchen, toiletries etc in villa. No doubt stay was pleasant. We enjoyed as they have private beach.

    Everything good but except beach access for drinkers, if it is a family resort please don't allow drinker into private beach in night time.

    Very poor maintenance, Bathroom worse than public municipal bathroom, we stayed few hrs 4.30 pm to 9 pm . Of those 4.5 hrs , 3 hrs we were in beach . Bathrooms not at all acceptable, no street lights , very dark all around the villa , over all disappointing experience .

    room and ambience is good.reception and restaurant centralised ac not using.dining at restaurant is not available except breakfast but they provide room service and beach side dinner.food taste is good but service is late.
